German Environmental Aid sues against the approval of the glyphosate product Roundup Future + Background
At the end of July, the German Environmental Aid Association (DUH) filed an action for failure to act against the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) at the Braunschweig Administrative Court, seeking to overturn the approval of Bayer's glyphosate-based herbicide Roundup Future.
